1. Who we are

CodeDala is an education platform providing access to interactive programming courses in Kazakh, Russian and English. The service is operated by Jantali Corporation LLC, BIN 260740024619, Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty, Koktem-3 microdistrict, building 17, apt. 17.

These Terms constitute a public offer. By placing an order and paying for access to the courses, you accept these Terms in full and without reservation.

2. Registration and account

Access to the courses requires an account — an email address and a password. We send an activation link to the address you provide. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and must not share your account with third parties.

3. Subscription and payment

Access to the courses is provided on a subscription basis. Prices and billing periods are listed on the pricing page in tenge (KZT) and include all applicable taxes.

Payment is accepted by Visa and Mastercard bank cards through the secure payment gateway of the acquiring bank. Card details are entered on the payment provider's side — we neither receive nor store them.

Your subscription renews automatically for the next period at the current price until you cancel it. For every charge we send a confirmation and a fiscal receipt to the email address given when the subscription was set up.

You can cancel at any time in your account settings, with no need to give a reason. After cancellation your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made.

4. Refunds

If the subscription isn't right for you: we will refund your most recent charge, provided you contact us within 14 calendar days of that charge and have completed no more than 3 lessons in that period.

How to request one: email hello@bikz.dev from the address used for the subscription, quoting the date of the charge. We review requests within 3 business days.

Refund timing: funds are returned to the same bank card used for payment. Crediting takes up to 30 calendar days and depends on the card-issuing bank.

These terms do not limit the consumer rights granted to you by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Content and licence

All course materials, the platform's source code, texts, images and the «CodeDala» trademark are protected by copyright and belong to Jantali Corporation LLC. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials solely for your own personal learning. Copying, publishing, passing to third parties or reselling the materials is prohibited.

6. Project marketplace

The marketplace is the part of the platform where clients post projects and CodeDala students who hold the matching certificate carry them out. Posting a project requires a separate client account (email-link sign-in); client and student accounts are separate and cannot share one email address.

Protected deals. The project payment is transferred to the account of Jantali Corporation LLC and released to the performer after the client accepts the work. A platform commission is withheld from the deal amount; its rate is fixed when the deal is created and shown to the performer before they respond. If the work is not accepted, the dispute is reviewed by platform moderation: the outcome is either a revision or cancellation of the deal with a refund to the client.

The platform's role. Jantali Corporation LLC acts as the organiser of the deal and is not the performer's employer. The relationship with the performer is formalised through a civil-law services contract; contracts with minors are concluded with the written consent of a legal guardian in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The parties' contact details are revealed to each other only after payment is confirmed. Project communication happens in the discussion on the project page, visible to the client, responded students, and moderation. Using the marketplace to bypass the platform — arranging payment outside the protected deal, posting unlawful orders, or passing off someone else's work as your own — is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided «as is». We do our best to keep it running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from errors.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms — if we do, we will update the date at the top. We will notify you by email of any material changes.
